Why We’re Hosting Our First Client Summit

by Kishau Rogers, Founder and CEO, Time Study

Years ago, I sat in the office of a hospital CFO, staring at stacks of banker boxes filled with handwritten time study forms. He looked at me and asked, “Can you help me with this?” That moment sparked what would eventually become Time Study.

What started as a simple solution to a tedious process evolved into a broader mission. Our original tagline was “we’re on a mission to eliminate time sheets,” and that’s because we quickly learned something obvious but often overlooked — most people hate time studies.

No one wants to complete them, validate them, or manage them. But they’re critical. Time studies impact everything from compliance to reimbursement to operational health.

Through years of close collaboration with our clients, our platform has evolved from simply modernizing time study workflows — moving beyond paper and spreadsheets — to enabling healthcare organizations to shift the process from a necessary evil to a strategic asset.

We call this approach the Six Pillars: a roadmap designed to help organizations move from manual data collection to scalable, insight-driven time study operations.

That’s why we’re hosting our first Client Summit.

We want to create a space for you to:

  • Discover capabilities that may already be available to you

  • Learn how your peers are using the platform to drive results

  • Share challenges, insights, and ideas with other leaders

  • Explore where the industry is headed — and how we can get there together

This isn’t just a check-in. It’s a step toward building a stronger, smarter community around a process that’s long been seen as a burden — but, when done well, becomes a real advantage.

I look forward to seeing you in (or at least from) New York!
