Innovative Technology Platform Measuring How We Invest Our Most Precious Resource: Time
We are a high-growth technology firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, with an office in Portland, Oregon.
Our platform collects time data for accurate and detailed reporting insights that can help organizations make work more impactful and rewarding.
Our platform transforms how organizations measure time.
We provide insights on team efficiency and productivity that improve performance and ensure people maximize their impact.
At Time Study, we believe that leveraging technology to optimize time is the future of work and the key to creating more value for the enterprise's greatest resource, people.
The last innovation in time tracking was the American Bar Association introduced timesheets in the 1950s. Unfortunately, many large organizations look at time
tracking administratively and in siloed departments rather than strategically and unified. This approach often leads to more time spent "tracking time," which reduces the time spent on "top of license" activities. Our mission is to provide tools that address your complex time reporting needs and offer a more accurate & timely "time story" with little disruption to an employee's "normal workflow."
We help organizations address their most complex challenges like turnover, burnout, organizational efficiencies, and improved productivity. Our platform uses machine learning to activate and transform enterprise data into real-time insights on how time is spent at work. As a result, organizations can understand how their most valuable resource, time, is spent with just a few clicks.
We believe in leveraging technology to measure how we invest our time to have the most impact.
Our Origin Story
Kishau Rogers, Founder and CEO
Time Study, Inc was founded in 2018 by Kishau Rogers, an award-winning technology entrepreneur and computer scientist with more than 25 years of experience deliver-ing software solutions to enterprises across the globe.
In her work serving health and research enterprises, her team was contacted by a healthcare CFO interested in a better solution for processing an overwhelming number of boxes of "blue sheets," manual time tracking sheets, required for cost reporting.
This led Kishau to build a software prototoype to solve this problem of time-reporting for complex, enterprise environments. It was a huge advancement, and word got around, leading to other customers signing up. With that early success, Kishau built it into
an enterprise SaaS platform that is now Time Study.
The company specializes in delivering innovative tools for studying time and analytics that provide actionable and timely insights with minimal disruption to a person's standard workflow.
Many of the top 10 hospitals in the United States have selected Time Study as their cloud application to study how time is spent (at work) to improve workforce effectiveness, operational efficiency, finance, & compliance.
Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, with an office in Portland, Oregon, the company is led by an experienced team with a deep background serving healthcare, government, and corporate enterprise clients.
