New! Enhanced Financial Analysis Report Enriches Time Studies with Critical Financial Data

We recently upgraded our Financial Analysis Report to make preparing Cost Reports and workforce analyses more streamlined. When hospitals are facing labor shortages across the board, any opportunity to reduce the workload has an outsized ROI for the organization.

The extended Financial Analysis Report is now widely available to Time Study clients. The utility enables our standard reports to securely interface with sensitive financial data including:

• Employee Salaries

• Benefits

• Reasonable Compensation Equivalent (RCE) Limits

• Organ Counts for Transplant Centers (when applicable)

This feature eliminates one of the most time-consuming elements of the annual Cost Report. With this feature, calculating salary rates for the Cost Report is accurate and automatic. 

The one-time effort to integrate the systems when deploying Time Study is straightforward and requires minimal configuration on the technical side. Once deployed, calculations that typically take many hours to calculate – and occasionally inaccurately – are ready quickly.

Our initial user oversees the time study component for a transplant center for a #1-ranked hospital system with more than 20 sites and 20,000 employees. He shared his first experience and shared his first impression:
